I am an art psychotherapist, CBT and Systemic Practitioner, in my work I provide a unique avenue for expression and healing, where clients can explore their innermost thoughts and feelings through the creative process. I offer a space where the unspoken can be materialised into art, providing the client with new perspectives and insights in their personal challenges. The journey through therapy is indeed a brave one, it’s the warmth, respect, and collaborative spirit I bring to each session that makes all the difference in the clients’ path to self-discovery and growth.

I have over 15 years of experience in various therapeutic settings, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that includes conducting assessments and providing both short-term and long-term support. My expertise spans a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, ensuring that I can meet the unique needs of each client group.

I offer individual, joint parent and child sessions as well as family group sessions. Sessions can be tailored to address specific issues such as depression, anxiety, and the effects of complex developmental trauma. Bereavement support and guidance through family issues. Additionally, I support with strategies to boost self-esteem, resolve parent-child conflicts, manage behaviour difficulties, and cope with work-related stress.
